How it works
A search that does the sorting before you arrive.
Talentiverse moves the work that makes job search exhausting, finding what is open, judging what fits and preparing for each, to before the moment you look.
- 01
Understand the career
The whole resume is read, not the latest title. We infer three or four kinds of role and an experience band, each with a reason drawn from your history, and you confirm them before anything is searched.
- 02
Read employers directly
Roles are read from employers' own hiring systems, on a schedule, and checked for still being listed. Listing sites are used only to discover employers, never as the source of a role.
- 03
Assess every role the same way
One assessment per search scores every candidate role together against a fixed rubric, so two roles are judged by the same reading of your experience. Every score is kept, delivered or not.
- 04
Prepare the application
Each role arrives with a resume tailored to it from evidence in your own history, checked line by line by a second model, then tracked through applications, replies and interviews.
The assessment
One hundred points, and the reasons behind them.
Fit is scored on five measures and shown in full, never reduced to a single opaque number. The likelihood of hearing back is assessed separately, because a role can suit you perfectly and still be a long shot, and you should know which is which before you spend an evening on it.

Two accounts, one standard
Built for both sides of the hire.
Job seekers and recruiters use the same understanding of roles and experience, so what one side is offered is what the other side is looking for.
The job seeker account
A considered shortlist each day, and the documents to act on it.
Most job search asks you to do the sorting: hundreds of listings, many already closed, many unsuited, all needing a fresh resume. Talentiverse does that work before you arrive. You confirm what you are looking for once; each day you receive the roles worth an application, each scored and explained, each with a resume written for it.
Your career, read as a whole
Your resume, and your LinkedIn export if you add it, are read in full. We suggest the kinds of role and the experience band your history supports, with a reason for each. Nothing is searched until you confirm them.
Roles that are genuinely open
Every role comes from the employer's own hiring system and was still listed at the last check. You see the posting date and where it was read, on every card.
Scored, with the reasoning shown
A hundred point assessment covering duties, seniority, location, currency and tools. Each role is marked a strong, good or possible fit, and if the search widened to find it, the card says so.
A resume for each role
Tailored from experience you can evidence, written to read naturally and to clear applicant tracking systems. Every line is checked against your own resume before you see it.
The recruiter account
Shortlists of people who asked to be found, matched on what they have done.
A posting attracts volume, and volume needs screening. Talentiverse works the other way round. Describe the role once and receive a short list of people whose experience fits it, drawn first from candidates who have opted in to being contacted, each with the reasons they match.
Verified company accounts
Recruiter accounts are opened with a company email address; free email providers are not accepted. Accounts are verified against the company's domain, because the people on the other side deserve to know who is contacting them.
Candidates who consented
A job seeker appears in results only if they have chosen to. Withdrawal takes effect immediately, including in shortlists already delivered.
Matched on experience, not titles
Roles and candidates share one vocabulary of role families and experience bands, the same one that powers the seeker side, so a match reflects the work rather than the words in a job title.
Outreach recorded honestly
A message copied is recorded as prepared; only one sent from your own mailbox is recorded as sent. The numbers you see are the numbers that happened.
Our standards
What we hold ourselves to.
Nothing invented
No generated resume or follow up is shown until it has been checked against what you actually wrote. Claims your history cannot support are removed, not softened.
Sources we can stand behind
Employers' own systems, read politely and identified honestly. Professional networks are never scraped, and intermediaries that hide the employer are never used.
Privacy by construction
Sensitive details are encrypted, never used to match and never sent to anyone. Visibility to recruiters is off until you turn it on.
Numbers that mean what they say
Fewer than five good roles is reported as fewer than five. A message copied is prepared, not sent. Every message about a search is built from what the search actually did.
Spend your time on the roles worth it.
Upload a resume, confirm what you are looking for, and open your first shortlist.
